Our Customer Service Declaration

With an emphasis on making every customer experience exemplary in every way, the people at Mike’s Auto Body are constantly striving to provide the best service not just in the Bay Area, but in the country.

And that’s why we adhere to this Declaration of Customer Service. We decided to share this with you:
Accessibility: Some customers prefer accessing our services by either via the telephone, email or in-person. Any way you do it, Mike’s Auto Body will always answer your questions within a reasonable time frame and never leave you on hold when you call.

Technology: We will always fix your car using the latest techniques and the newest equipment, so that your car is returned to pre-accident condition each and every time.
Courtesy: We train all of our front office people to smile and always be courteous, because it’s the way we’d want to be treated.

Quality: No repaired car leaves any of our locations until we go through an arduous inspection process, so that it’s right the first time every time.
Compassion and Adaptability: Our services can always be adapted to peoples’ specific needs, particularly those with functional, visual, hearing or other physical challenges.

Continual Improvement: We always listen to your needs and are committed to ensuring the continuous improvement of our services.

Safety: At Mike’s Auto Body, we’re a family business, so your safety and livelihood is more important than anything else. And that’s why we stress safety with every repair we perform, for our customers and employees alike!
Community Outreach & Giving Back: At Mike's Auto Body, we will always strive to help those in need throughout the Bay Area, by giving cars to deserving individuals and families and helping people and organizations in each community where we do business.
