A: It’s all about family with an emphasis on sports and travel. I enjoy muscle cars, hiking and exploring California! On my bucket list, I have: 1.) Visiting a remote South Pacific Island 2.) Get a Ferrari and 3.) Live near the ocean

A: I like the A’s and the Raiders and I enjoy watching NASCAR, especially Mark Martin
and Team USA World Cup Soccer

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Mike’s Auto Body and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
A: I am proudest of our “Autochex Premier Achiever” awards. I enjoy seeing a customer’s face when they see their car looking better than it has looked in years. I call it that “better than expected” expression—the “wow” factor.
Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?
A: The technology has changed and we’ve adapted by being proactive in attaining the newest computer systems and software. We pride ourselves in having expert industry knowledge and provide quality repairs, delivered on-time.
