Q: How long have you been with Mike’s Auto Body?
A: Off and on for 5 years.

Q: How many years of industry experience do you have?
A: Raised in the industry, been full time for 15 years

Q: Favorite part of the job?
A: Competing against the other shops and being the best.

Q: What do you do when you're not working at Mike’s Auto Body?
A: Spend time with my kids and coach their sports

Q: Major interests?
A: Football fan, GO RAIDERS

Q: What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?
A: Go to Australia, be debt free and own my own business

Q: What sports teams do you follow and what are your favorite teams?
A: Oakland A’s, Oakland Raiders, San Jose Sharks

A: Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

A: Top Gun, Full Metal Jacket

A: Bar Rescue, Ridiculousness

A: Lamborghini, always liked them since I was a kid

A: My Uncle Don. He left earth too early and too fast in life.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?  
A: Vehicle technology. Vehicles are becoming more difficult to work on but we keep up by continuous training, I-CAR, ASE, CE classes.

A: With pride, confidence and empathy we all genuinely care in delivering the best product out there.  We care about people as much as we do their cars.  We make every effort to perform our best with each repair and continuously further educate ourselves and our teams while striving for perfection.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?
A: Technology has progressed immensely.  With the emergence of computers and advanced equipment it is vital to have your vehicle repaired by a repair facility that stays ahead of the trends.  The fact that we are certified and credentialed to keep up with these trends makes us the premium choice now and into the future.

A: When we completely wow a customer and deliver superior service

A: Play with my grandchildren, fishing, camping, go to our cabin. Work on our
hot rod

A: Building hot rods, drag racing, boating

A: SRT Dodge Challenger. I used to own a 70 and it would be cool to have a
high- tech version.

A: My parents

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Mike’s
Auto Body and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
A: We do everything possible to make sure our customers are completely
satisfied. Mike’s will go out of their way to take care of their customers.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years
and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?
A: The industry used to be run by the body shops, but it is now run by the insurance
companies. To remain competitive in the market small shops had to grow into large multiple
shops to maintain the competitive edge. Mike’s has always been on the cutting edge and will
always continue to grow and remain on the cutting-edge.
