Q:  How long have you been with Mike’s Auto Body?
A: 15 years total
Q:  How many years of industry experience do you have?
A: 27

Q:  Favorite part of the job?
A: When we completely wow a customer and deliver superior service

Q:  What do you do when you're not working at Mike’s Auto Body?
A: Play with my grandchildren, fishing, camping, go to our cabin. Work on our
hot rod

Q:  Major interests?
A: Building hot rods, drag racing, boating

Q:  What are the 3 things you want to do in your life?
A: Zip line; learn to Kayak, Scuba dive

Q:  What sports teams do you follow and what are your favorite teams?
A: St Louis Rams, Oakland A’s, San Francisco Giants

Q:  What was the title of the last book you read?
A: Flight of the Old Dog

A: Kelly’s Hero’s, American Graffiti, The Last Crusade, Wild Hogs

A: American Restoration, Kount’s Customs, Mountain Men, Alaska Troopers

A: Boston Terriers. Molly & Rosie. African Grey- Gracie, Cockatoo-Peaches,

Q:  Favorite outdoor activities?
A: Camping, boating, biking, fishing

A: Hot Rod, Street Rod, Custom Rodder

Q:  If you could have any kind of car, what would you get and why?
A: SRT Dodge Challenger. I used to own a 70 and it would be cool to have a
high- tech version.

Q: If you could have lunch with anyone (dead or alive) who would it be?
A: My parents

Q: What are some of the customer service things you're proud of at Mike’s
Auto Body and describe your view of what exceptional customer service is?
A: We do everything possible to make sure our customers are completely
satisfied. Mike’s will go out of their way to take care of their customers.

Q: What are some of the changes you've seen in this industry over the years
and how has Mike’s Auto Body reacted to these?
A: The industry used to be run by the body shops, but it is now run by the insurance
companies. To remain competitive in the market small shops had to grow into large multiple
shops to maintain the competitive edge. Mike’s has always been on the cutting edge and will
always continue to grow and remain on the cutting-edge.
